Vintage 1951 Photo of Ferrari 212 Export Touring Barchetta S/N 0102E Pietro Palmieri Giro delle Calabrie.

This is a tiny, but historically very important, vintage 1951 photo of Ferrari 212 Export 0102E with its then-owner Pietro Palmieri and codriver Vallechi on August 5, 1951 at the start of the Giro delle Calabrie which the duo would finish in 2nd place overall and first-in-class. The original Touring body seems to have gone lost in the mists of time.

As far as we have been able to check, this is one of the very few, if not the only, known image of 0102E with its original Touring Barchetta body!

A truely unique opportunity to acquire a photograph of 0102E in its original guise.

The photo measures only some 4 x 5.75 cm (overall) and is in excellent condition for its age.

It does not carry any copyright stamps or clues towards the photographer.
