1949 Ferrari 166 MM Brochure.
Here we have a very odd brochure for the 166 Mille Miglia which shows the 1949 24 Heures du Mans winning 166 MM Touring Barchetta (S/N 0010M) on the cover...
This brochure came from the estate of the late Richard Veen and it has been restored by him.
In fact, there is probably more of this brochure that can be considered "non-original" than there is original...
I'll try to sum up its condition using my best judgment.
The outside of the front page / cover is NON-original, it appears to be a photo copy on yellowish paper.
It is hard to say if the inside of the front cover is original. I think it is NOT original as otherwise there would be no need to replace the outside with a photocopy.
The rear cover + inside rear page ARE original BUT... somehow the Ferrari logo at the center bottom was cut out of it and Richard Veen replaced that with paper patches, copying the original print.
We find it extremely hard to pin a price to this piece so we are open to sensible offers which reflect both the rarity of the brochure AND its current condition.

1951 Ferrari 30 Anni Di Esperienze Brochure.
I have seen this brochure being called "The Holy Grail of Ferrari Brochures"... Maybe that is a little bit over the top but how many of you have actually seen one of these, let alone have it in your collection?
We are very proud to be able to offer this very good (yet fragile!) example of this VERY scarce and famous brochure.
The brochure elaborates on the 3 models that Ferrari produced in those days:
and next to a good number of drawings, including the famous "photo" of Jim Kimberly, it lists engine and chassis details.
It unfolds to 4 double-sided panes and is in full color.
It is in very good condition, but as mentioned above, has fragile seams of which one has split.
Remember... the Ferrari company as such was only 3 years old at that time yet Enzo was using his experience as race team manger at Alfa Romeo and ownership of Auto Avio Costruzzioni to boost the reputation of Ferrari as a car maker.

Vintage 1957 Ferrari 250 Granturismo Boano brochure.
Large fold-out brochure for the 250 Boano as decribed in Richard Merritt's book on page 131.

Generally more than excellent condition but has punched holes for archiving (see scan).

Vintage 1958 Ferrari 250 PF Coupe sales brochure.
This is the so-called "custom" brochure which is assembled out of a cover and loose pages which are bound with a brass split pin binding, contrary to most other Ferrari brochures of the period which were hardly ever anything more than a 2 page folded affair (with exceptions of course!).
Extremely rare!
Contains 6 Pages.
Text in English.
Good condition for its age but, as visible in the photos, some damage to the front cover which does NOT affect the contents and the price has been adjusted accordingly.
This brochure is listed on pages 171 - 178 of Richard Merritt's book.
Vintage 1959 Ferrari 250 GT Coupe Pinin Farina sales brochure.
Red, Black & white sales brochure for the 250 Pininfarina Coupe as described in Richard Merritt's book on page 167.
4 Pages.
Excellent condition for its age and carries the faint stamp of 1950's Scandinavian Ferrari representative Tore Bjurstrom in Orebro, Sweden neatly placed in the lower right corner of the back giving this brochure extra cachet.
