Ferrari 456 GTA Brochure.

This Ferrari brochure is a bit of an oddball as, until we found this one, this print number was only known as a press kit with a matt cover and a back pocket for color slides.

The one that we have here has a shiny cover and NO back pocket yet it carries the same print number.

We can only expect that a number of these were printed to be issued as preliminary brochures.

It is a large format "brochure" (some 13 x 9 inches) and counts 26 pages.

This deluxe hardback Ferrari brochure contains has glossy red covers, black spine and silver tone "Prancing Horse" on the cover.

Forty-eight photographs, photo renderings and drawings, including two beautiful four page foldout photos, show exterior, interior, engine, chassis, mechanical parts and features of Ferrari F50.

Nine photos and three drawings show Ferrari F1 race car and predecessors driven by names such as Ascari, Fangio, Hawthorn, Hill, Surtees, Lauda and Scheckter.

Includes discussion, specs and performance graphs.

Comes in its original corrugated portfolio, with string tie.

This book was published for the 50th Anniversary of Ferrari to introduce the F50, "the first and last street legal Formula 1 car".
