This is a vintage 1969 COLOR photo of Chris Amon's (1943 - ) Ferrari 312/69 in the paddock during a practice session for the Grand Prix of Great Britain at Silverstone.

The photo was taken on July 17, 1969.

The photographer wrote "17-7-1969 Silverstone" on the top border and "C. Amon 3000 c.c. Ferrari V12" on the bottom border (visible in the scan). You can leave it there "as is", trim the borders off the photo or have it disappear under a matting when you have it framed.

Chris qualified the Ferrari in 5th place but had to retire the car in lap 45 with gearbox trouble.

It measures approximately 5 x 3.5 inches.

Mint condition and much sharper than the scan suggests.
