Ferrari 456 GTA Brochure.
This Ferrari brochure is a bit of an oddball as, until we found this one, this print number was only known as a press kit with a matt cover and a back pocket for color slides.
The one that we have here has a shiny cover and NO back pocket yet it carries the same print number.
We can only expect that a number of these were printed to be issued as preliminary brochures.
It is a large format "brochure" (some 13 x 9 inches) and counts 26 pages.

Total edition: 3,000 pcs. and, as mentioned above, probably part of the print run for the press kit.
1994 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta and Ferrari 456GT US Press Kit 884/94 1M/7/94, issued at Monterey 1994.
This press / media kit was issued for the USA and deals with the then new Ferrari F355 Berlinetta and the Ferrari 456 GT.
It consists of a heavy yellow portfolio (Ferrari Print Number 884/84 1M/7/94, issued in July 1994 in a total edition of 1,000 pcs.) and contains the press kit for th F355 (Ferrari Print Number 880/94 3M/7/94, issued in July 1994 in a total edition of 3,000 pcs) and a brochure for the 456 GT (Ferrari Print Number 878/94 3M/7/94, also issued in July 1994 in a total edition of 3,000 pcs.).
These sets are issued by the factory to inform the media about new models.
They are usually printed in small numbers and are NOT available to the general public but are reserved for the press ONLY.
A scarce set !!!

Excellent condition but does have some fingerprints on the outside of the cover.
This is the earliest piece of Ferrari factory literature on the Ferrari 456 !
Circa 1992 Ferrari Carpet Sample Set.
Ferrari have always supplied their Sales / Showroom personnel with material to make the choice of car specification easy for any prospective owner.
These items are probably the most seen and most used of their “tools-of-trade”, but not ones that are readily available to the Ferrari enthusiast.
This item is the Ferrari Carpet Brochure (or Swatch) of sample pieces that a Salesman would have used to specify the carpet trim on a new Ferrari 456 GT.
The samples all measure 25cm x 17cm (or 10 x 6.5 inches), bound in matching leather, and are held together by the old method of “screw and stud”, previously used on parts manuals.
All of the pieces (6 in total) are in very good condition and are listed on a front sheet as:

This 1993 version of the "Le Produzione" brochure comes in a particular format.
The cover measures only Some 11 x 5.5 inches but it folds out to an incredible 14 (!) panes thus becoming almost 6.5 feet long!
On one side of the panes, the 1993 Ferrari F93A F1 car is shows while the other side lists the details (+ photos) of the following cars:

This fantastic book deals in great detail with Ferrari's celebrated V engines with a cylinderbank angle of 65 degrees, in short: The V65 engines. This engine series spans more than 44 years of Ferrari's history and has powered as well Formula One cars as street cars like the F50, 550 Maranello and 456GT.
